Comparison of Color Stability and Surface Roughness of 3D Printing Resin by Polishing Methods

This study aimed to compare the color stability and surface roughness of three-dimensional (3D) printing resin according polishing methods. 3D-printed specimens were fabricated at TC-80DP (Graphy, Seoul, Korea) with a stereolithography 3D printer, divided into three groups, each which was not polished, polished using Enhance®, Sof-Lex<sup>TM</sup> disc. The CIE L*a*b* value group measured immersed in artificial saliva orange juice after 0, 1, 7, 30, 60 days, difference (ΔE*) calculated. As result study, no noticeable change observed saliva, but demonstrated days immersion, significant. In group, solution found be significantly higher than that saliva. No significant method, lower both unpolished Enhance® group. Nevertheless, all groups exhibited clinically acceptable properties regardless their threshold for plaque accumulation. Overall, this recommends utilizing when used primary anterior tooth coverage.
